Once you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you gave when making your order. We will process your order as quickly as possible. You will then receive a new email when your order has been dispatched.

GENERAL

The designations we, our and us below refer to We are Beauty AB.

All prices include the value-added tax which applies at the time of sale. At present this is 25%. Shipping costs will be added to all prices unless otherwise specified. By placing an order on alliambeuty.com, you accept the published terms at the time, which are set out below, and you affirm that the details you provide about yourself are correct. Any false orders or other attempts at fraud which are discovered shall be reported to the police. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We accept no liability for indirect damage or harm that may occur as a result of the product. We accept no liability for delays/faults as a result of circumstances outside the company’s control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include labour conflict, fire, war, government decision, or reduced or non-delivery from a supplier. Moreover, no liability shall be accepted for any changes to products/product properties amended by respective suppliers or for other factors which are beyond our control.

PLACING AN ORDER

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The confirmation email will contain all information about your products, price, invoicing and delivery address. If any of the information in your order confirmation is incorrect, you should contact our customer service team immediately.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

You must provide valid and correct delivery information. If a package is returned to We are Beauty AB because it was sent to the wrong address or because it was not collected, it will be up to you to pay for shipping again. We also charge a fee of SEK 250 for uncollected orders.

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.

We cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors or misprints on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the pictures reflect exact appearances as certain colour differences may occur depending on screen, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

DAMAGE

In the event that your package is damaged or opened on delivery, inform staff at the collection point directly when collecting the package. They can provide you with a form to report the damage.

DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved mutually between yourself and our customer service team, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Complaints. The National Board for Consumer Complaints can be reached at telephone number 08-508 860 00.

We cannot be held responsible for any written or typographical errors. Should any inaccuracies occur in relation to the price or delivery time, we reserve the right here at We are Beauty AB to correct these in retrospect. In such cases, we will contact you with information on this. You will then be entitled to amend or to cancel your order if you like.
