DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery takes between four and six working days, however it can take a little longer during high season. Letters will be delivered to your door where possible. Unfortunately we are not able to control how an item is shipped (whether to your door or to a collection point) as it is the shipping carrier who will make this decision. We accept no financial liability for any delays caused by the shipping company.

DELIVERY COSTS

Sweden: Free delivery on orders over SEK 500 (orders under SEK 500 incur a delivery charge of SEK 49). 
Scandinavia and the EU: SEK 1000 (€100) (Orders under SEK 1000 incur a delivery charge of SEK 99)

For orders outside of the EU (except Norway), import VAT and customs duties will also be charged in accordance with the terms that apply for each individual country. Customs duties and VAT may also be charged on the (actual or estimated) value of any free products or gifts which are sent to you.

VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Import VAT and customs duties will be charged in accordance with the terms for each individual country in the case of orders outside the EU (except Norway). Extra charges may also apply in the case of gifts and free products based on the (actual or estimated) value of the article. For example, if you receive a free gift as part of a promotional campaign and the value of that gift is calculated to be a particular amount, this value will be added to your total order amount for the calculation of local customs and VAT charges.
