DELIVERY TIMES

Normal delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days; during peak seasons it may take a little longer. We always try to deliver to your mailbox whenever possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control how an item is delivered (mailbox or collection point) or which service point the order is delivered to — this is determined by the carrier. We therefore do not take financial responsibility for this or for any delays caused by the shipping company.

You can always track your order using the delivery information sent to you via the chosen shipping method.

DELIVERY COSTS

Sweden: Free delivery on orders over 600 SEK (below 600 SEK, 65 SEK).

Scandinavia & EU: Free delivery on orders over 1000 SEK (€100). (Below 1000 SEK, 99 SEK).

For orders outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties will be added according to each country’s regulations. For complimentary products or gifts, customs and VAT fees may be applied based on the (actual or estimated) value of the products.

SHIPPING COST

We do not take financial responsibility or refund shipping/the order if the package is not collected in time at the collection point.

CUSTOMS AND VAT

For orders outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties apply according to each country’s regulations. For gifts and complimentary products, fees may be added based on the item’s (actual or estimated) value. For example, if you receive a free gift in a campaign and the gift’s value is estimated at a certain amount, this value will be added to your total order amount for local customs and VAT calculations.

POSTNORD MYPACK HOME

We do not take financial responsibility for customers who choose the shipping method “PostNord MyPack Home” for orders containing perfume and/or nail polish if the order is delivered to a service point. This is clearly stated when selecting the shipping method.

EARLY BIRD

When choosing the “Early Bird” shipping option, please note that if Early Bird cannot deliver to the specified postal code, the carrier will be automatically changed. This also applies to orders containing nail polish, perfumes, or weighing over 4.4 kg. This measure ensures that your order is delivered as efficiently as possible. Please note that we cannot influence or change this process. In cases where DHL becomes the replacement carrier, additional costs may apply.

Also note that we do not take financial responsibility for orders shipped with “Early Bird” that contain perfume, nail polish, or weigh more than 4.4 kg if they are delivered to a service point. This is due to these products possibly containing flammable liquids. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring safe delivery.

FREE SHIPPING

When you shop for over 600 SEK, we offer free shipping via DHL. For your convenience and package security, the order will automatically be sent to a service point near you.
