Your privacy is very important to us here at We are Beauty AB. We aspire to a high level of data protection. The following policy describes how we collect and use personal data. We also describe your rights and how you can exercise them. You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions at all about how we process your personal data. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS MEANT BY THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

We primarily collect your: name, personal identity number, address and contact information, payment information, account information, IP address and information about your use of our website. Information on visitor statistics, what products of ours and what offers you have been interested in and how you have interacted with our newsletters. Information about your purchases

We are Beauty first and foremost collects information that you provide to us directly, for example when you place an order or sign up to our website, contact our customer service team, subscribe to our newsletter or when you provide information to us in our store or salon. We also collect data via cookies in order to manage and administer your purchases and to improve your user experience on the website.

We also document all communications that we make with you via email with a view to providing you with the level of service that you expect from us.

We are Beauty processes personal data primarily for the purposes listed below and for any other additional purposes which will be stated at the time of data collection:

To conduct analyses on orders and to send out newsletters and SMS messages containing special offers – both general and targeted.

To analyse your behaviour on our webshop in order to develop, deliver and improve our webshop and its services

To analyse which of our products you are interested in, what services and offers you have been interested in, which of our newsletters you have interacted with, and details about your purchases in order to provide you with offers that we think you will appreciate. We may also subsequently pass on this information to our partners. This is done in a fully anonymised form.

To be able to send you information and marketing materials via social media as you have an active customer relationship with us. Note that you can reject this at any time.

To be able to provide you with relevant recommendations, offers and tailored services based on what others with similar behavioural patterns have shown an interest in or searched for on our webshop.

Send you important messages regarding changes to our terms and conditions and policies

To be able to fulfil our legal obligations with regard to requirements in the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, for example.

 

ACTORS WHO ARE INDEPENDENTLY RESPONSIBILE FOR PERSONAL DATA

We are Beauty may pass on your information to third parties including our partners, personal data processors and suppliers of card and communication services for marketing purposes and in order to fulfil our obligations to you. A high degree of security and confidentiality is observed with regard to all personal data processing. 

Third parties with whom We are Beauty may share information or otherwise provide information to about a customer or an account holder will only receive data for the purpose of selling and marketing We are Beauty and We are Beauty’s partners and services and products, or in order to deliver services related to the agreement that We are Beauty has entered into with you as the customer or account holder.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties unless we have your consent to do so.

 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

By providing personal data to We are Beauty, you give We are Beauty your permission to record, save and process the personal data concerned for the purposes stated. We are Beauty will store your personal data for as long as you are a customer of ours; i.e. for so long as you have not deleted your account at We are Beauty. We will also delete and in certain cases anonymise personal data for customers who are no longer active. Under the law, we are required to retain certain data relating to bookkeeping for a minimum of seven years.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?

As a data subject, you have a number of rights under current legislation. You have the right to receive an extract as to what personal data we have stored on you. You can request the correction of incorrect information and in certain cases also deletion.

You can contact us at any time to ask that we cease marketing aimed at you as a customer either by using the information contained in the marketing material or via our customer service team or by logging in to My Pages (Mina Sidor) where you can also request and delete your personal data completely.

However, we may continue to process your data despite your objection if we have compelling legitimate reasons to process your data which override your interests.

If your data is processed on the basis of your consent, then you are entitled to withdraw your consent for such processing at any time.

We take all the appropriate technical and organisational measures which are required in each case in order to protect your personal data and to otherwise ensure that all data processing is undertaken in accordance with applicable legislation. COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You can contact us directly if you believe that we are processing your personal data improperly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

When clicking on a link to another website, you are therefore encouraged to read the privacy policy that applies for the website in question.
