WHEN YOU SHOP AT ALL I AM BEAUTY
When you have placed your order, a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you specified when placing the order. We process your order as soon as possible. You will then receive a new email when your order is shipped.
TERMS OF PURCHASE – GENERALLY
The terms we, our, our and us below refer to We are Beauty AB.
All prices include value added tax applicable at the time of sale, currently 25%. Shipping is added to all prices unless otherwise stated. By placing an order on alliambeuty.com, you agree to the currently published terms and conditions stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. Upon discovery of any false orders or other attempted fraud, the matter will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to refuse an order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product or delivery. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
All I AM Beauty’s mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by All I AM Beauty (“All I AM Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to All I AM Beauty’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of All I AM Beauty through your mobile provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include offers, specials, and other marketing communications (e.g., abandoned-cart reminders).
You understand that you do not need to sign up for the program in order to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with All I AM Beauty. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any fees and charges imposed by your mobile provider for text messaging. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text message charges associated with the Service.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the command STOP to ALLIAM or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your mobile phone unless you initiate them. If you are enrolled in other mobile messaging programs from All I AM Beauty and wish to opt out of those, you must unsubscribe separately from each program in accordance with their specific terms.

We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages – including STOP or HELP requests – sent to a short code or phone number we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests contained in such messages.
Mobile carriers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on the information or the Service.

ORDERING
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about your products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, contact our customer service immediately.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If We are Beauty AB receives back a package that was sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to you to pay new shipping. For orders that are not picked up, we charge a fee of SEK 250.
PROMOTIONS
It is not possible to combine any discount codes with other campaigns or offers, unless otherwise stated.
GENERAL ABOUT PRODUCTS WHEN PURCHASING – PRODUCT INFORMATION
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.
DAMAGE
In the case of a broken or opened carton upon delivery, contact your delivery point immediately when you pick up the package. They have ready-made forms for reporting claims.
DISPUTE
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service and you, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board has telephone number 08-508 860 00.
We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors. If inaccuracies in price and delivery time or other circumstances should occur, We are Beauty AB reserves the right to change this afterwards. On these occasions we will contact you and inform you about this. You then have your full right to either change or cancel your order.
