ORDER & PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

– We offer several payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Klarna, and Swish.

Can I cancel my order?

– Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. However, you may return the products once you have received your delivery. Please contact our customer service and we will assist you in the best possible way.

I haven’t received an order confirmation.

– If you have not received your order confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact our customer service so we can help you further.

Can I add a product to my order?

– Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you wish to add products, you will need to place a new order.

A product is missing from my package.

– We sincerely apologize if your order arrived incomplete. Please contact our customer service so we can assist you.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

– Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free. We actively work to be a conscious choice for both people and the planet.

Can I buy perfume samples?

– Unfortunately, we do not sell fragrance samples at the moment. However, you can always visit one of our retailers to try our perfumes.

How can I get notified when a sold-out product is back in stock?

– You can sign up for restock notifications by clicking “Notify me” on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

I want to buy a gift card.

DISCOUNTS, OFFERS & GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts, or offers.

For offers that include a “gift with purchase,” the customer must manually add the gift to the shopping cart before completing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot send out gifts afterwards if they were not added at the time of purchase.
