The women behind the brand
ALL I AM Beauty was founded and is run by beauty experts Jessica Dersén & Karin Svensson, who have over 25 years of experience launching and building beauty brands.
Together with serial entrepreneur and beauty enthusiast Amanda Schulman, they decided to create a brand they themselves had been missing in their makeup bags.
A shared vision
Jessica and Karin met at Kicks & Åhléns, where they worked as purchasing manager and category manager, respectively. There, they launched Kicks' e-commerce, acquired a Norwegian beauty chain, traveled around the world to negotiate with some of the world's largest beauty brands, and were responsible for the companies' private label.
When they then contacted Amanda, everything fell into place. With her strong creativity, experience in starting companies, and a passionate eye for beauty, she stepped in as ambassador, board member, and owner.
It started with a scent
ALL I AM Beauty was launched with a single product: the perfume White Flower Bliss, which remains a bestseller.
Jessica and Karin have extensive experience in perfume development and have worked with some of the top perfumers in France. Among other things, they created the success behind Zlatan Ibrahimović perfumes.
We are more than just a beauty brand – we are the modern woman’s source of inspiration and best friend, here to guide you through the beauty jungle. ALL I AM Beauty is created for both the experienced beauty consumer who has tried everything and wants to streamline their makeup bag, and for those just beginning to explore their routine. Our range is carefully selected with high-quality products. Only the best and what you need. We believe in beauty that is smart, simple, and natural. That’s why, for example, we only have one mascara that works just as well for everyday use as for parties. All our products suit all ages and skin types.
Additionally, all our products are produced and manufactured in Sweden or within the EU, which we are very proud of.
