THE WOMEN BEHIND THE BRAND
ALL I AM Beauty was founded and is run by beauty experts Jessica Dersén and Karin Svensson, who have over 25 years of experience in launching and building beauty brands.
Together with serial entrepreneur and beauty enthusiast Amanda Schulman, they decided to create a brand they had personally been missing in their own makeup bags.
THE BACKGROUND – A SHARED VISION
Jessica and Karin met while working at Kicks and Åhléns, where they held positions as Head of Purchasing and Head of Assortment, respectively. During their time there, they launched Kicks' e-commerce, acquired a Norwegian beauty chain, traveled the world negotiating with some of the biggest global beauty brands, and were responsible for the companies' private label lines.
When they reached out to Amanda, everything fell into place. With her strong creativity, entrepreneurial experience, and a passionate eye for beauty, she joined as an ambassador, board member, and co-owner.
IT STARTED WITH A SCENT
ALL I AM Beauty was launched with a single product: the perfume White Flower Bliss, which remains a best-seller to this day. Jessica and Karin bring extensive experience in fragrance development and have collaborated with some of the top perfumers in France. Among their successes is the creation of the celebrated Zlatan Ibrahimović fragrance line.
